Meet the Team

Dr Jessica Swain, Director / Clinical & Organisational Psychologist

Dr. Jessica Swain.

Jessica is a Clinical and Organisational Psychologist with more than 20 years practical and theoretical experience. She has worked across the government, not-for-profit, university, and corporate psychology sectors.

Jessica has been in private practice/consultancy since 2011, and is the Director of Actualise Psychology. Jessica brings extensive expertise in clinical intervention and psychological coaching for individuals, couples, and groups. Her organisational consulting/clinical advisory experience spans ~17 years. Jessica has provided services to emergency services, financial/professional, professional sports, medical, legal, and veteran populations; among others.

Therapeutically, Jessica draws modalities including EMDR, internal family systems, compassion-focused therapy, schema, cognitive-behavioural-, acceptance and commitment-, emotion-focused, and imago therapy.
